Physical Engineering Competition
UNLIMITED 2026 National Robotics Competition
A national physical robotics challenge featuring Line Follower, Creative Robot, KRSBU, KRSBIH, and KRSRI tracks under the Industry 6.0 vision.
About the Competition
Five physical branches that test engineering from different angles.
UNLIMITED 2026 National Robotics Competition is a physical engineering challenge open to high school and university students across Indonesia. Teams compete in one of five specialized branches, each requiring different technical skills and robot designs.
Each branch targets a different engineering competency: Line Follower for precision and speed, Creative Robot for creativity and innovation, KRSBU for wheeled soccer robotics, KRSBIH for humanoid soccer robotics, and KRSRI for autonomous SAR legged-robot rescue missions.
Five Competition Branches
Each branch places different engineering demands on participants.
Line Follower
An autonomous robot that detects and follows a line track using an integrated sensor system with a microcontroller. Open to the general public (students and independent participants).
Technical Requirements
- Maximum dimensions: 20×20×12 cm (tolerance 0.5 cm)
- Maximum weight: 2 Kg (including battery)
- Maximum system voltage: 13V
- Must use microcontroller, fully autonomous
Creative Robot
An open category for innovative robots with creative missions — showcase your robotics skills without limits.
Technical Requirements
- Maximum dimensions: 40 × 40 cm
- Any components may be used
- Concept presentation is required
- Live demonstration in the arena
KRSBU
UNLIMITED Wheeled Robot Competition — autonomous wheeled robots compete in soccer matches adapted from RoboCup Middle Size League (MSL) rules.
Technical Requirements
- Active D3/D4/S1 students from the same university
- 3 robots per team — one must function as a goalkeeper (minimum 2 robots if necessary)
- Striker dimensions 30×30 - 52×52 cm, height 40-80 cm; maximum weight 40 Kg
- Mandatory base station and 5 GHz IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n wireless software
KRSBIH
UNLIMITED 2026 Humanoid Soccer Robot Competition — autonomous bipedal humanoid robots that walk, run, dribble, and kick the ball without human control.
Technical Requirements
- Bipedal humanoid robot (40-100 cm), maximum 20 Kg, fully autonomous
- Head-mounted camera required (≤180° static field of view, max 2 cameras for stereo vision)
- Active students registered in PDDikti, one team per university (max 5 members incl. pit crew)
- Self-built robot (dev kits like Ichibot allowed; factory kits like Lego are not)
KRSRI
Indonesian SAR Robot Contest — autonomous legged robots complete victim-rescue missions on a simulated disaster arena.
Technical Requirements
- Legged robot with at least 2 independent legs
- Must be autonomous; no guide line allowed
- Equipped with a gripper to lift victims
- Resilient to obstacles: mud, debris, landslide ramps, narrow corridors, slippery zones
